For a quote, the form is fastest
The quote form lets you add sizes and photos in one go, so we can see the job before we call you back. That usually saves a round of questions and gets you a more accurate quote. A phone call or a WhatsApp is best when something needs attention straight away, or when you are not sure what to ask for.
What to include
- What the job is: a new window or door, a repair, or glass that needs replacing.
- Where it is, by suburb or town, so we know how far we are travelling.
- One photo of the whole door or window and one close-up of the problem.
- Rough sizes in millimetres, if you have them.
- The best time to call you back.
What happens next
After you get in touch, we call you back to talk through the job. If your photos show enough, that conversation may be all we need to prepare the quote. If not, we book a free call-out to measure the opening and look at the frame. Either way, you get a written quote before any work is done, and nothing goes ahead until you accept it.
Which way to reach us
WhatsApp works well for photos and short questions, and you can send them whenever suits you. Email suits longer descriptions, drawings or plans for a new build. Call when a pane is broken, a door will not lock or you would simply rather talk it through; for a broken window or shopfront after hours, see emergency board-up.
