Repair before you replace
Most failed doors and windows do not need replacing. A sliding door that drags is usually worn rollers or a dirty, bent track. A window that will not latch often needs a new lock or a small adjustment to the frame. A seal that lets in draughts can be changed without touching the glass. We fix these faults on site, so you keep the frame you have and pay for the part that failed. See our repairs for what we look after.
When the frame is past saving, we say so and quote the replacement. Until then, a repair is quicker, tidier and cheaper. If a window in your home is the problem, start with home window repairs, then send us photos and we will tell you which way to go.
How it works
You do not need to know the sizes or the frame type to start. Photos of the opening or the fault are enough for us to understand the job, and we ask for anything else when we call you back.
